Join me as we explore one of the most beautiful places in the world, the last frontier where tourism hasn’t yet made its mark. Living with the beautiful Dani tribe, spending an intimate 4 full days of the trip living amongst them, learning their way of life, eating their food, learning to hunt, and get to enjoy their awe-inspiring war dances at the famous Baliem Cultural Festival, one of the worlds most impressive tribal festivals.

This trip is certain to inspire you in your photography and reward you not only with powerful beautiful images but you’ll be enriched with a better understanding of our humanity, through the remote tribal life of the Dani of West Papua.

Future Tours

There will be several other tours scheduled in 2011 and 2012.

Please feel free to suggest your dream Travel destination, or hardcore Documentary story you’ve been dying to capture. Anything is possible! I’ll thoroughly research your trip to make it a huge success, or you’re welcome to join me on one of my awesome trips.

I prefer to work with you one-on-one so you get my total devotion, equipping you with everything you need to know, so you can make it in Travel or Documentary photography, and if your images are awesome enough, I’ll present your work to editors, giving you the best chance of getting them published.

How much? The cost of joining a trip is about $1,400 AUD per week one-on-one.
Some destinations are naturally more expensive to visit so I will increase the fee accordingly.

Small group tours are available with a cheaper price per person. Small groups are limited to 3 places. We’ll lock in the destination with the first participant and then advertise the tour to get two more people to join to share the cost.

Apart from the trip's fee you are responsible for ALL other costs, including travel, food, accommodation, flights to the destination, visa fees, spending money and vaccinations etc. For most tours expenses will be kept at a minimum, as we will stay in budget hotels, eat at local restaurants and use public transport, which will significantly lower the cost of the trip. Some destinations are expensive, but if cost is an issue there is a world out there of very affordable amazing destinations or we can find a location close to you, (or request to be part of a small group!).

Remember any place is possible. I’m flexible and open to suggestions.
